We have a Membership of over 850 members, making GSABA the 3rd largest Builder Association in Texas and the 13th largest in the Nation.
When you join GSABA you are also automatically a member of the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Recently there was an issue with garage doors and we were able to use our influence that saved our members potentially millions of dollars.

Networking Opportunities are available to help grow your business. GSABA has numerous events each month ranging from Mixers and a Crawfish Boil to our Summit Awards or Holiday Gala.
The Parade of Homes is our premier event. Involvement ranges from having a home in the Parade, getting a booth in the Exhibitor Tent or an ad in the Parade Style Magazine. All attendees enter and exit through the tent and will receive a copy of the magazine.
New Associate Members can participate in the Business Exchange; a reverse trade show that we work like speed dating with Builder Members.
Commitee Involvement in Young Professionals, Sales & Marketing, Professional Women in Builders and other committees.
Education is key. We have classes on Codes and other important issues, helping to make the industry stronger.
Stay current with state regulations. Texas Association of Builders Contracts Package is available for purchase for GSABA Builder members. (next update September 1, 2025)
