2025 PARADE OF HOMES™ SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter, with a current Texas Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance. The winner of the 2-year lease is responsible for all insurance, maintenance, and fuel expenses, and any upgradein package or vehicle from entry level Lincoln Corsair or Lexus NX and is subject to credit approval by the leasing company for the 2-year lease. GSABA employees, the developer of George’s Ranch, all Parade Builders, their vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and members, officers, and employees of each, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is The Greater San Antonio Builders Association (“Sponsor”), located at 3625 Paesanos Parkway #100, San Antonio, Texas, 78231. Sponsor and its  respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  The sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins on May 16, 2025 at 12:01 AM and ends on May 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

How to Enter. Submit your entry digitally at The Parade of Homes or with online general admission ticket purchase. Entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Any and all prize-related expenses including fuel, car insurance, and maintenance, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. You may enter only once, and you must provide all the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multipleaddresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If You attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association.

Prize. The Winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive a two-year closed-end lease on a new Lincoln Corsair or Lexus NX provided by the North Park Family of Dealerships. Expenses related to the lease prize that will be the sole responsibility of the Winner include fuel, car insurance, and routine maintenance. Mileage limit on the lease is 10,500 miles/year, and Winner must turn in the vehicle in good condition upon conclusion of 24-month lease. The Greater San Antonio Builders Association and North Park Family of Dealers shall solely determine the specifics of the prize. The price of the lease is based upon the execution of the North Park Family of Dealers lease agreement.

Winner Selection and Notification. Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. Winner will be notified by email and telephone call within five (5) days following selection of Winner. The Greater San Antonio Builders Association shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER AT THE GREATER SAN ANTONIOBUILDER ASSOCIATION’S SOLE DISCRETION WILL RESULT IN WINNER’SDISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms & Conditions. The Greater San Antonio Builders Association reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Greater San Antonio builder Association’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Greater San Antonio Builders Association may select the Winner from all eligible entries received by the cancellation or termination and time. The Greater San Antonio Builders Association reserves the right, it its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions of the Sweepstakes, or who may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, the Greater San Antonio Builders Association reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Greater San Antonio Builders and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE CONCURRENT OR SOLE NEGLIGENCE OF THE GREATER SAN ANTONIO BUILDERS ASSOCIATION.

Disputes. THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connect with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses with entering this Sweepstakes. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
