Our History

Evolutionary Homes was founded in 2015 with a desire to make the custom home building process easier, less stressful and more transparent for homeowners by combining personalized project management with modern technology. This enables the homeowners to have access from anywhere to monitor the project status and budget from their computer, phone or tablet. At Evolutionary Homes, we don’t work to be the biggest home builder, we work and strive every day to be the best home builder.

Our vision was to create the feeling like you have just entered an exquisite, modern interpretation of a classic Santa Barbara style home. The architecturally detailed construction of the exterior, especially the custom one-of-a-kind front door, colors of the roof tiles, crisp light-colored stucco, light and airy porch ceilings make the home unique. The well-planned details, from outside to inside, are a refreshing change from the typical designs you normally see.

Upon entering the home, uniquely designed painted floor tile convey just a hint of the Old Spanish Colonial and Santa Barbara style. Moving into the main area of the home, large tiles in deep charcoal and black give a luxurious modern twist to the home while contrasting with soft, pale walls and bold trim detail. This aesthetic gives the depth and balance needed with the remarkable floating ceiling encompassing the largest living space of the home from the fireplace to the opposite kitchen wall. The one-of-a-kind fireplace consists of large, multi-angled patterned tile creating a phenomenal focal point. The dramatic blonde and black palette boldly contrast, yet still provide perfect balance in a truly fabulous design not to be missed.
