The Parade of Homes is San Antonio’s premier new home event, conducted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and presented by CPS Energy to provide ideas and information in an attractive community with a variety of spectacular houses by San Antonio builders. Each year GSABA varies the Parade site, providing new and exciting locales for visitors to experience. Attendace for touring these fully-decorated dream homes during this traditional San Antonio event ranges from 20,000-30,000 guests!
Cresta Bella, a site with views that stretch for miles, has been chosen to host the 2010 Parade of Homes! Within minutes of the Medical Center, The Shops at La Cantera, The Rim Shopping Center,and USAA, Cresta Bella is a breathtaking 426-acre mixed-use development located off of IH-10, just north of Loop 1604. Start out going West on I-10 and take the Camp Bullis exit, at the stop light turn left going underneath the I-10 overpass. At this light turn left, traveling back towards 1604 on the access road, Oak Hills Church will be on the right directly pass the Shell Station. Parking is free at the chruch, please board the shuttle buses at no charge that will transport you to Cresta Bella. Plans for this magnificent gated development call for retail, residential, commercial, and multi-family.
